Sunshine Coast Simplicity, Styled with Edge

For her destination wedding on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast, Sarah turned tradition on its head with a custom-designed three-piece bridal look that was as versatile as it was show-stopping. A seamless transition from formal ceremony to dance floor takeover, every element was designed for movement, impact, and personal expression.

Her bridal ensemble began with a handcrafted corset in duchess silk satin, cut with precision to contour the body. Featuring a sheer Italian tulle back and structured with spiral steel boning, the corset balanced sculptural elegance with subtle sensuality. A delicate pearl-beaded neckline added a whisper of romance.

For the ceremony, Sarah paired her corset with a dramatic overskirt in matching duchess silk. With soft pleating and a daring leg split, the look exuded runway-worthy drama as it moved with the coastal breeze. — the epitome of modern bridal beachside couture.

As the sun set and the music rose, Sarah made the switch into the piece of the season: a bubble hem mini skirt, handcrafted in silk and tailored to twirl. The perfect after-dark update, this fashion-forward silhouette gave her the freedom to dance the night away — cocktail in hand, veil trailing, and smile unstoppable.

Every element of Sarah’s look — from the carefully packed gown (safely transported from Melbourne to Queensland) to the couture finish on each seam — spoke to her effortless style and joyful spirit.
